Anticoagulation Basics for Providers and Pharmacists
This course provides a basic overview regarding anticoagulation therapy. It addresses therapeutic ranges for Warfarin therapy; contraindications, warnings, and precautions of Warfarin and Enoxaparin therapy; and dosing protocols.

This course provides education on safety in the unique physical environment of the MRI scanner to ensure that safety of the patient, their family and all associates entering the area is maintained at all times.
